In 2014, a team led by Nawaz Chowdhury participated in the Digital Innovation Fair, proposing an innovative solution called "E-pension" for government employees. The project aimed to streamline the pension process through digital means, offering a more efficient system for retirees. Team members Abu Saleh Mohammad Asif and Kauser Ahmed Pial joined Chowdhury in developing the solution. Their groundbreaking idea earned them the prestigious Prime Minister's Award, recognizing the impact of their contribution to government service innovation.
